Astwood Bank Primary is proud to be part of the Shires MAT
On September the 1st, 2020, Shires Multi Academy Trust was formed, now comprising: Astwood Bank Primary School, Studley High School, Feckenham Church of England School, Webheath Academy Primary School and Ridgeway Academy School.
We formed this trust with a simple vision to create a family of academies working together in offering the communities we serve, excellent educational experiences so that every child within the trust can flourish. We’re committed to supporting the local community in providing clarity linked to routes through the complex local educational landscape.

We will support the continued development of leadership and governance, teaching and curriculum as well as further promote opportunities for pupils to receive specialist teaching across all key stages. This represents an exciting opportunity and one we hope other schools might want to join.
