An opportunity has arisen to join our wonderful team as a 1:1 Teaching Assistant. We are looking for someone committed, talented, enthusiastic and motivated to work alongside children who require additional support in lessons, providing the very best support so that they can achieve the very best outcomes.

Tomorrow marks the beginning of the annual Astwood Bank Scarecrow Trail 2026! We absolutely love seeing the village come alive with all sorts of spooky and sensational scarecrows made with such creativity and imagination 🤩
This year, look out for Astwood Bank Primary School’s ‘Hangry Caterpillar’, who perhaps may be hungry for something a little different this year… 🐛👻 🦋🍎🫣
Our newly-appointed School Council team did a great job of putting this together and hanging it outside the school for all to see 👏🏼 The whole school have been buzzing about it! We would love to get your vote this year, but most importantly, HAVE FUN! ✨ Hopefully nothing toooooOo spooooOky goes on whilst you’re wandering around… 🫣👻🎃

And that’s a wrap on our Year 4 Harvest Showcase! 🌾🍂
After weeks of incredible hard work, the children absolutely shone today and did themselves so proud 🌟
We hope all the parents loved hearing their wonderful songs, expressive poems, and thoughtful prayers, as well as seeing all of their beautiful artwork on display 🎨🎶📝
We also loved seeing the Year 3’s fantastic dance - what excellent rhythm and timing! 🪗
And, of course, a huge well done to our expert chefs - hearing all about their class pumpkin soup making was a definite highlight, and we think it’s safe to say it was a massive success… 🎃🧑🍳✨
Thank you to all who have donated food to the school for Redditch Food Bank and thank you to everyone who came along to support the children and celebrate with us.
