Smiles Childcare is the contracted provider of wraparound childcare for Astwood Bank Primary School. Operating from Monday to Friday term time only, from 7.30am to 9am and 3pm to 6pm on the school premises. Additional before and after school care is provided offsite at Astwood Smiles, which is a 5 minute walk from the school. Each child will have the opportunity to take part in various activities, unwind with books or have the freedom to choose their own relaxation time. Astwood Smiles also operate a nursery from the address below, taking babies from 6 months old to school age children. Open from 7.30am to 6pm for 51 weeks of the year. Included in the before school care is breakfast and a drink, and or after school care includes drinks and a snack. Advanced booking is required as places are limited, booking forms are available from the main office. Terms and conditions apply for before and after school club.

Our long-established and unique pre-school and nursery has been serving the local community for over 30 years. The Pre-School is situated next door to the Primary school and they welcome children from two years old to school age. They are open from 8:00 to 3:30 pm each day except Thursday’s during term time.
